Thank you for your purchase. We hope you’re happy with your GOdor supplements. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may be eligible for a return or refund, subject to the policy below.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order will have likely entered the processing phase and we may not be able to accommodate changes.
If cancelled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery on all supplement purchases.

If you’ve tried GOdor and feel it’s not the right fit for you, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your order. We accept returns on both unopened and opened supplement bottles. All returns must be pre-approved by contacting our support team.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Obvious misuse

  • Excessive consumption (e.g., empty bottles)

  • Multiple refund requests from the same customer

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • A 30% Processing fee may be applied to cover processing and handling.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@trygodor.com with a clear photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Shipping & Delivery

While we do our best to ensure fast, reliable delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors.

We are not liable for:

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received (please contact the courier directly)

  • Orders placed with an incorrect address

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, all transactions are monitored for fraud. We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious orders and may request verification before shipping.

International Orders

At this time, all international orders are final sale and not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.
